Mr Ákos BODÓ, MD, graduated at Semmelweis University, Budapest, in 1967 and specialised in obstetrics and gynaecology in 1972. He started his career in Hungary and worked in Africa and in South-America. For 9 years, he was head of the obstetrician/gynaecology department in Nieuw Nickerie, Suriname, in the United Nations Development Project. At present, he works as gynaecologist at the Albert Schweiter Hospital in Hungary. His 50-year experience shows that many patients face difficulties in handling medical home-use devices e.g. ovulation microscopes.
